The FBD series explosion-proof axial flow mine Local ventilation fan (hereinafter referred to as the ventilation fan) should comply with the technical conditions of MT222-2007 reverse Local Ventilation Fan and Q/YAF001-2011 FBD series explosion-proof axial flow mine local ventilation fan standards. Suitable for local ventilation in coal mine underground environments with explosion hazards such as gas and coal dust, and used in conjunction with positive pressure air ducts. It can also be used as ventilation equipment for tunnel construction.

1. The ventilation fan adopts computational fluid dynamics and multi-objective optimization for the overall design of the fan. The blade selection is based on the aircraft engine FMIA airfoil, which increases the efficient working area of the fan. Ventilation fans have the characteristics of compact structure, large air volume, high air pressure, long air supply distance, high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise.

2. The impeller of the ventilation fan is directly driven by two YBF2 series explosion-proof motors. In order to extend the service life of the fan, the motor bearings are selected from the Swedish SKF series bearings.

3. According to different user needs, there are three types of silencers to choose from:

(1) Ordinary air outlet silencer;

(2) Combination muffler for air inlet and outlet;

(3) Side air inlet, air inlet, and air outlet combination muffler.

The third type of combination muffler adds a side air inlet component, which changes the airflow direction of the air inlet without affecting the air volume, causing noise refraction. By combining inlet and outlet silencers, the noise is greatly reduced. According to monitoring by the National Mining Equipment Testing Center, its noise level is 20-30 decibels lower than that of ordinary ventilation fans.
