Mine flameproof axial fan

The FBD series explosion-proof pressed in axial flow local ventilation fans for mining use (hereinafter referred to as ventilation fans) shall comply with the MT222-2007 Technical Conditions for Counterrotating Local Ventilation Fans and Q/YAF001-2011 FBD series explosion-proof pressed in axial flow local ventilation fans for mining use standards.

1. The ventilation fan adopts computational fluid dynamics to optimize the overall design of the fan with multiple objectives. The blades are selected from the aircraft engine FMIA airfoil, which makes the high-efficiency working area of the fan large. The ventilation fan has the characteristics of compact structure, large air volume, high air pressure, long air supply distance, high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise.

2. The ventilation fan is directly driven by two YBF2 series explosion-proof electric motors for the impeller. To extend the service life of the fan, Swedish SKF series bearings are selected for the motor bearings.

3. According to different user needs, there are three types of silencers to choose from:

(1) Ordinary air outlet silencer;

(2) Combination muffler with air inlet and outlet;

(3) Side air inlet, air inlet, and air outlet combination muffler.

The third type of combined muffler adds a side air inlet component, which changes the direction of the air flow at the inlet without affecting the air volume, causing noise refraction. Combined with the inlet and outlet silencers, the noise is greatly reduced. According to the monitoring by the National Mining Equipment Testing Center, its noise value is 20-30 decibels lower than that of ordinary ventilation fans.
