Ventilation fan debugging

1. Before debugging the ventilation fan, check the air leakage in the tunnel to ensure smooth ventilation. When using pressure reduction or direct starting, start the second stage of the cyclone first, and then start the first stage; When using variable frequency starting, the first and second stages of the cyclone should be started simultaneously.

2. After the ventilation fan is running, measure whether the ventilation fan air volume meets the required air volume for the mine. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the installation angle of the fan blades or use a frequency converter to adjust the motor speed.

3. Users can measure the operation status of the ventilation fan based on its on-site performance, and draw a mine performance curve to adjust the working conditions.
