Louver damper

The louver test damper mainly consists of components such as door frame, damper blades, and electric actuators. The damper blades are made of double-layer steel plates or stainless steel materials. To ensure the strength of the blades and the wind resistance inside the air duct, the blades are designed as diamond shaped structures, and the central axis of the blades is made of 40 Cr material. The sealed shaft sleeve is welded inside the damper housing, and when closed between the shaft sleeve and the transmission shaft, the damper baffle and various rotating components closely cooperate to solve the air leakage problem.

The butterfly valve damper mainly consists of components such as door frame, door panel, and electric actuator. The shell, door panel, and inner and outer door frames of the air door are all made of high-quality Q235 material, ensuring that the strength and humidity of the air door do not deform or warp under long-term operation. A heating device is installed on the outside of the air door to ensure its normal operation in winter.
