Our company's blade profile is designed by Professor Hua Yaonan, an expert in fluid mechanics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Based on the characteristics of the main ventilation fan, a new type of blade is designed according to the "Three Dimensional Flow Theory of Impeller Machinery", replacing the traditional wing shaped blade. This has significantly improved the structural strength, fan efficiency, and noise of the ventilation fan. Its main manifestations are:

A) Improved the static pressure efficiency and operating efficiency of the fan by about 20%;

B) Efficient and wide area;

C) Reduced noise, approximately 18-25 dB;

Our company can optimize the selection and personalized design based on the parameters provided by users. We use computer CAD to draw casting molds, which are processed and formed in one go by CNC machining centers, ensuring the consistency of blade forming, twisting degree, and installation angle.

New impeller protection cylinder

Using "explosive welding" composite materials, the energy generated by the explosion instantly fuses two metals together, completely eliminating the phenomenon of copper protective rings falling off.

Advantages: The explosive welding composite material is welded together with the inner wall of the processed impeller cylinder bottom plate, which can prevent condensation water from entering and prevent rust and corrosion of the cylinder and protective ring. At the same time, since secondary processing is not required, the thickness of the copper plate is ensured, eliminating safety hazards.
