Before installing a new ventilation fan, the following aspects should be checked:

1. Check whether the voltage of the motor and control cabinet match, and whether the insulation is qualified.

2. Before powering on, use a megohmmeter to check the cold insulation resistance value of the motor, which should be greater than 50 M Ω.

3. Is the gap between the blades and the casing (or protective ring) even? The minimum gap on one side should be greater than 2.5mm.

4. Check if the installation angle of the blades is consistent and if there is any looseness.

5. The ventilation fan should be flexible, and the components should be complete and undamaged. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner before installation.
