Installation of ventilation fan:

1. When installing a newly purchased ventilation fan, it is necessary to handle the installation site well, clean the roadway, hang the various components of the ventilation fan in sequence onto the laid steel rails, connect and tighten the components, and connect the power and instrument wires according to the motor user manual.

2. The ventilation fan must be installed on the surface of the outlet of the branch air duct, with explosion-proof doors installed according to regulations, and ensure that the air exchange port of the partition chamber is connected to the atmosphere.

3. After checking that all components are installed correctly, check if the brakes are flexible and there are no debris in front of the fan air inlet. Then start the test run and check if the operating direction of the impellers at all levels is consistent with the direction marked on the fan. If there are any abnormalities, stop the vehicle for processing and confirm that there are no errors. After a 10 minute test run, stop the vehicle for inspection.

4. After the ventilation fan is started and reaches normal operation, it is necessary to observe in a timely manner whether the operating current of the motor exceeds the rated current, whether there is any abnormal sound in the flow channel of the ventilation fan, and stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner if any problems are found. Only after the fault is resolved can it enter normal operation.

Before installing a new ventilation fan, the following aspects should be checked:

1. Check whether the voltage of the motor and control cabinet match, and whether the insulation is qualified.

2. Before powering on, use a megohmmeter to check the cold insulation resistance value of the motor, which should be greater than 50 M Ω.

3. Is the gap between the blades and the casing (or protective ring) even? The minimum gap on one side should be greater than 2.5mm.

4. Check if the installation angle of the blades is consistent and if there is any looseness.

The ventilation fan should be flexible, with complete and undamaged components. Any problems should be promptly addressed before installation.
