The system has successfully achieved automatic identification of fan faults during operation, which can lead to serious consequences such as underground air shutdowns and gas exceeding limits caused by fan failures. This can effectively curb the expansion of ventilation system accidents caused by fans and achieve the automation and unmanned operation of the main ventilation fan in coal mines. The process of identifying and reversing the machine is as follows:

① If there is a fault in the operation of fan 1, the system will detect it through an online monitoring unit and discover the fault. First, open the horizontal test air door of fan 2, open the backup fan 2, and send the electrical signal generated by the fault of fan 1 to the fan fault database for data comparison to determine whether the fault can self recover or be a short-term fault.

② The system has detected that standby fan 2 is operating normally, and the system continuously checks the original fan 1. When it is determined that this fault is a recoverable fault or a short-term fault, continue to test the No.1 fan and do not implement a shutdown; When it is determined that this fault cannot be self recovered or is not a short-term fault, immediately implement a shutdown and turn the No.1 fan into a backup.
