Technical description of air door system:

1. The air door system has the function of continuously reversing the wind, consisting of air test air doors and hanging net butterfly valve air doors. The design and layout structure of the air door system can meet the needs of one fan for normal hanging net operation, and the other fan for hot standby, testing, and maintenance.

2. The hanging net air door adopts the butterfly valve form, with the butterfly valve shaft arranged horizontally. The air test air door adopts the louver form, which can meet the requirements of air duct installation and use.

3. The rubber used for sealing the air door must be hollow foam rubber with good airtightness, aging resistance, and other properties. The rubber surface has no hardened coating, and the air door has good airtightness and less air leakage when closed. When the damper is fully closed, the leakage shall not exceed 1%.

4. The surface of the air door frame shall be polished and treated with anti-corrosion and rust prevention according to the corresponding standards of marine anti rust paint, and shall comply with relevant national standards. All connections of the air door frame shall be made with galvanized bolts.

5. Each damper is equipped with a heating system to ensure that it does not freeze during winter.

6. When conducting performance tests on air test dampers, the damper size can be gradually adjusted, and the wind resistance can be automatically or manually adjusted to ensure the testing of the performance test curve of the fan.
