Non-stop wind switch damper control system

The non-stop wind reversing system consists of two main components: the non-stop wind reversing damper system:

The non-stop fan reversing damper system mainly consists of horizontal testing dampers, butterfly valve switching dampers (plug-in switching dampers). In addition, according to the actual needs of the mining party, it can be used together with the plug-in maintenance air door. The design and layout structure of the damper system can meet the needs of one fan for normal grid operation, while the other fan can be used for hot standby, testing, and maintenance.

① The dampers are equipped with actuators, which can achieve both local control and remote electrical control;

② All dampers are equipped with limit switches and mechanical limit stops;

③ The damper can ensure maintenance and replacement of sealing strips and walking mechanisms without disassembling the door frame;

④ According to customer requirements, Q235 or stainless steel materials can be selected for the rotary blade test air door blades. The structure is a diamond shaped structure, and the central axis of the blades is made of 40 Cr. The gear rack and drive shaft are made of 45 # steel.

⑤ The strength and stiffness of the damper production can meet the requirements of long-term operation without deformation and warping, and the fasteners are not loose.

⑥ Sealing measures should be taken between the air door and the door frame, and hollow foam rubber with good air tightness and aging resistance should be selected.

⑦ When the damper is fully closed, the leakage shall not exceed 1%.
