The online control system control methods are divided into three control methods: remote, local, and maintenance.

① Remote mode:

Remote manual control requires all transfer switches of the on-site high-voltage switch cabinet and frequency conversion cabinet to be in the "remote" position. On the monitoring screen, the high-voltage switch cabinet is closed and opened, the butterfly valve is opened and closed, and the motor is started and stopped.

② Local control:

The operating method when the PLC or system fails and automatic control cannot be performed. All transfer switches in the control cabinet must be in the "local" position. Control the starting, stopping and switching of the ventilator to the standby ventilator locally on the control cabinet.

③ Maintenance method:

The maintenance mode is used to inspect and debug the backup fan when a ventilator is running normally. It performs a single inching operation on the ventilator and its ancillary equipment. The operation of the ventilator is similar to the automatic mode, in which the air inlet is controlled by the backup fan. The ventilation fan's access door lets in air.

When the ventilator is running normally locally or remotely, the computer must be able to monitor the operating status of the ventilator
