Intelligent online monitoring for main fan

AKYJC-FJ-Ⅲ is a basic type that monitors various technical parameters of the main ventilator and control equipment in real time and can upload data to the mine dispatch center through a universal communication interface.

AKYJC-FJ-VI+S is an unattended intelligent type. It uses Siemens 1500 redundant PLC based on all the functions of the V+S type. The ventilation control system has CPU redundancy, automatic switching to the backup CPU function when the main CPU fails, and the ventilation system is intelligent. Automatic operation, one-button start, one-button stop, one-button reset, one-button reverse wind and non-stop wind reversing (depending on the on-site fan equipment), automatic operation only requires remote monitoring, realizing a truly unattended function.

The AKYJC-FJ-IV centralized control type adds Siemens 1200 series PLC program control to all the functions of the subtype to realize centralized and on-site control of the wind turbine on-site duty room. Through data upload, it can realize remote operation authorized by the dispatch center.

AKYJC-FJ-V centralized control intelligent type adds a set of distributed I0 stations to all the functions of type IV, which provides better stability, higher accuracy and faster response to on-site monitoring data. Functions such as one-button start, one-button stop, one-button switching, one-button reverse wind, and one-button reset are realized through the host computer screen, making on-site duty safer and more reliable.
