The online monitoring and control system uses Siemens S7-1200 series PLC as the control core, which can realize centralized control of the electrical part of the fan. Through the sequence control program, the control function of the fan can be easily realized. Detect the control functions and operating parameters of the ventilator in the main ventilation room, the corresponding motor frequency conversion device, electric damper, etc., and transmit the data to the ground production dispatch center for real-time monitoring, control, alarm and display, realizing one-click start, one-click Key stop, one-key reset and other functions.
1. Main functions of the online monitoring system
The monitoring device can at least complete the monitoring of the following parameters:
(1) Ventilator air volume, negative pressure, wind speed, ventilator efficiency and other related parameters;
(2) Motor winding temperature and bearing temperature;
(3) Vibration in the vertical and horizontal directions of the main body of the fan and the two-stage blades;
(4) Motor current, voltage, power and other parameters;
(5) The two ventilators are equipped with a ventilator online monitoring device and two independent sets of sensors, which can be easily switched for use;
(6) Electric damper switch status, fan main motor start and stop signals and signal feedback, etc.;
(7) Operating status of the frequency conversion device and fault alarm signal;
(8) Bus current and voltage of high-voltage power distribution device, circuit breaker closing and opening status, and fault alarm signal;
