Based on the concept of hot standby for ventilation fans, the continuous supply of ventilation power during the shutdown period of the main ventilation fan is ensured. It has the functions of automatic shutdown of the mine main ventilation fan, "one click" operation, unmanned operation, and automatic identification of ventilation fan faults.

By monitoring and controlling the system, logic control is used to quickly open or close the air door, achieving rapid switching of the ventilation fan. This changes the impact on the ventilation system during the shutdown process from the traditional method of "system shutdown" to "wind volume fluctuation shutdown", and the time is shortened from the current five or even ten minutes to 40 seconds or even shorter.

The non-stop wind reversing system developed by our company has changed the traditional method of installing four sets of air dampers on the roadway to achieve non-stop wind reversing. Instead, the switching butterfly valve air damper and air testing air damper are directly installed on the fan section, completely changing the shortcomings of traditional non-stop wind reversing systems such as large land area, large earthwork volume, inconvenient transportation, and high cost.
