Introduction to the structure and characteristics of the AHKJ-2 switching damper horizontal testing damper type non-stop wind reversing system:

1. During the normal operation of fan 1, when starting to reverse, first open the horizontal test air door of fan 2 and open the backup fan of fan 2 to put the fan in an idle state (the so-called idle state refers to the air flow entering from the horizontal test air door and exiting from the air outlet to achieve hot standby before starting up)

2. After the online monitoring unit of the system detected that the second standby fan was operating normally, the second switching air door was opened, the second horizontal testing air door was closed, and the first horizontal testing air door was opened at the same time, allowing the original running fan number 1 to transition to an idle state. (The coordination time during the switching process of the two fans, as well as the opening and closing coordination time of the first level air damper and the hanging net damper, should be calculated based on parameters such as the fan form, fan power, damper area, and negative air volume. The accuracy has reached the level of 0.1s, which can minimize the fluctuation time of the underground airflow and minimize the impact of the fan.)

3. After the system detected that the No.2 fan was running normally, the original operating fan was stopped and the shutdown process was completed.
